Adaption stage
The first step of recovery exercise is to ‘wake up’ those unused muscles, rather than directly begin training them. It’s never too late to start. The ‘waking up’ stage has a total of 4 phases, each phase taking between 3-15 minutes. Feel your pelvic floor muscles awaken and their elasticity return.
Advanced cycle-stage
The advanced cycle stage incorporates walking, squatting and climbing to your exercise routine. Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, burn fat in your thighs, waist and abdomen.
